As an organisation, we deliver IT solutions through partnering with market leading vendors, and whilst we act as a reseller for their products, our primary offering to our customers are the services and integration skills we offer to design, deploy and deliver solutions within these areas. We have been operating in this manner for some 14 years now and have built an enviable reputation within our industry, based largely on the quality of our work and further supported through the recognition we have received from our industry peers in terms of awards.

Point to Point’s project lifecycle service is designed to support customers throughout the complete project process. The services we offer are designed to deliver and support projects in their entirety from initial inception and development stages, through roll out to production and ongoing maintenance and support. Our approach and methodology is based on industry best practice as well as our own experience, and knowledge and the delivery of this is overseen by the Point to Point Project Management function. Depending on the type of resource present in your organisation, as well as the level of control you wish to retain, we are flexible in the way that our project management services are engaged.

The concept of partnership heavily influences our outlook as a business, and in the context of our technical services this manifests itself through our willingness to be engaged where our services are required in the project lifecycle. Whilst we have the capability to manage and deliver a project from an end-to-end perspective, we do not dictate that we must be engaged in this manner, and are happy for you to work with us for the specific services you require.

Point to Point’s technical services department consists of a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable consultants many of whom come with great levels of customer experience due to previous roles held at major corporate organisations. As a unit, the team holds the relevant accreditations with our chosen vendors, and are all trained to the highest level. Training is vital in ensuring that we keep up to date and are able to advise our customers of upcoming developments, which may provide additional benefits in the delivery of projects.
